If you have any travel-related questions, feel free to contact us. Please note, longer waiting times may apply as we are receiving higher than normal call volumes.

As airlines, hotels and other travel partners are continually reviewing their policies as the situation develops, unless you are due to travel within the next two weeks, we advise you hold off contacting us until the date of your travel is closer. This allows us to provide you with the latest information and advice.

Before you travel

  • Find out if your flight is delayed or cancelled by checking the flight status on the airline’s website.
  • Visit your airport’s website for the latest advice for travellers. On the day of your flight, build in extra time to get to the airport.
  • Check your travel insurance policy to see if changes and cancellations due to ‘unforeseen events’ are included in your cover.
  • If your airline has not issued a policy on change or cancellation fees due COVID-19, you may have to pay penalty fees.
  • To check whether your airline has issued a policy, select the airline from the menu below. If no policy is available, check again nearer to your date of travel:

Air Bookings

1.    Find out if your airline has issued a policy on change and cancellation fees. You’ll find your airline in the menu below.  If your airline is not listed, check the airline’s own website.

Please make available alternative dates in the event you need to rebook. Before rebooking, check the airline’s latest policy as it may have recently changed. If your airline has not issued a policy, we can still help. Contact us
